Welcome to our five bedroom, four bath vacation home tucked away on Skytop Mountain!  Our property offers hiking trails, fishing on Bald Eagle Creek and golfing just seconds away.  After taking in a PSU game come back and relax next to the fire or simply take in the amazing views!  Our spacious 2700 sq ft log home is meant for fun and enjoying the outdoors!  Cook out under the fully powered pavilion overlooking the pond or we are a short seven minute drive to Otto's, Wegmans and many more restaurants!

​The Delaney House is not located in a neighborhood.  Your stay with us will be on 44 acres nestled in the mountain, all of which is privately owned and operated by our family. The house is located off of a private lane with ample parking and plenty of space for RV or camper parking as well!

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The home is warm and inviting as you enter the main floor which includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large dining space, open concept living room and kitchen with large granite island and a cozy fireplace to sit around and relax. 

The lower level opens up to a second living room and another full kitchen, also with granite countertops and an island. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on this floor and a bonus area in the living room that includes a pool table.

Our home is set up nicely to accommodate 14 guests, if your party exceeds that amount we must be notified in advance.

Our guests have access to a majority of the grounds and that includes:
- pavilion
-fountain pond
-hiking trails
-Bald Eagle creek
-main deck
-lower level patio

The two garages on the property are unfortunately not available to guests.
